Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment for 2027 benefits is November 2–16, 2026.
This is your annual opportunity to enroll in or make changes to these benefits:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
- Supplemental life insurance
- Supplemental accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
- Accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance
If you don’t do anything during Open Enrollment, your current benefits will continue in 2027 except FSAs – if you want an FSA in 2027, you must actively enroll in one during Open Enrollment.

How to Enroll
When you’re ready to enroll or make changes, visit http://cokenortheast.bswift.com.
Username: The first initial of your first name, your last name, and the last four digits of your Social Security number (for example, John Smith: JSmith1234). Do not use hyphens or apostrophes.
Password: The last four digits of your Social Security number.
To reset your password: Select “Forgot Password,” enter your username or email address, and select “Continue.” Enter your date of birth in mm/dd/yyyy format and select “Continue.” Set security questions, answer them, and select “Continue” at each step. Enter and confirm a new password with at least eight characters, one number, one capital letter, and one special character. You will then be taken to the Home Page to access your Profile or complete an Enrollment.
Documentation for Dependents
If you’re enrolling dependents, you may need to provide this documentation:
- Marriage certificate
- Birth or adoption certificate
If you’re enrolling in or increasing supplemental life and AD&D insurance coverage for yourself or dependents, you may need to provide Evidence of Insurability.
Additional Step for Recent New Hires
If you’re hired during Open Enrollment, you’ll need to enroll twice: first for the current plan, then again for 2027.

You have until 11:59 p.m. on November 16, 2026 to enroll or make changes. As a reminder, if you do nothing by the deadline, all your current benefits except FSAs will continue in 2027.
